This Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) describes the privacy practices of Send That Email (collectively, “ Send That Email” or “us” or “we”). Send That Email provides marketing technology services to other businesses – our clients. To take advantage of our services, our clients share with us information about their individual consumers, including contact details and shopping histories. We analyze that information and develop and send communications to the consumers only at the direction of the client who provided the information, and only on that client’s behalf. We may also collect personal data for our own business purposes in connection with our business, such as business contact details of potential customers or job applicants’ resumes. We do not collect employee or HR related data in the EU or Switzerland, or transfer such information either into or out of the EU or Switzerland.

This Privacy Notice applies to:

  • Marketing services that we provide to our clients.

Our website and online services are designed for businesses and are not intended for personal, family or household use. 3.2 Information We Collect Automatically Through Your Use of our Site

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Privacy notice

Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA), and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.

Although GA records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. GA, GTM also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google does not grant us access to this. We consider Google to be a third-party data processor (see section 8.0 below).

Flowium and/or our Site Owners may use Pixel Tags, and place, read or use cookies to enable site visitors to receive customized ads or content. These cookies contain no personally identifiable information. The cookies may reflect de-identified demographic or other data linked to data you voluntarily have submitted to third-party site owners, e.g., your email address, which we may share with a data provider solely in hashed, non-human readable form.  Visitors can also express their choices for display advertising, through the following platforms: Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out platform or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out platform.

This website is built on Webflow.  Like most website operators, Webflow collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Webflow's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Webflow visitors use its website. From time to time, Webflow may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Webflow also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. Webflow does not use such information to identify its visitors, however, and does not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information.

Third-Party Data Sources

We use third-party data sources to identify and provide contact information about visitors to Third-Party Sites who have opted in to allowing their personal information to be shared with third parties. We then share the contact information of visitors to Third-Party Sites with our Site Owner customers.

No Information from Children Under Age 13

If you are under the age of 13, please do not attempt to register with us at this Site or provide any personal information about yourself to us.  If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete that information.  If you believe we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, please Contact Us.

3.3 Contact forms and emails

Should you choose to contact us using the contact form on our Contact us page, none of the data that you supply will be stored by this website. This data will be processed by one of the third-party data processors defined in section 8.0.

When you send us an email, data will be collated and sent to us via Google Gsuite, who provide us their Email Servers to store and manage data about our customers via email. We consider Google Gsuite to be a third-party data processor (see section 8.0 below).

The data will remain on these systems until you specifically request its removal. You can do this by sending us an email. If you need to delete, update or download your personal information which is hosted on  Google Gsuite, please send us an email.

3.4 Email newsletter

If you choose to join our email newsletter, the email address and the name you submit in the form on the web page will be forwarded to Klaviyo. Klaviyo is the provider of our email and newsletter services. We consider Klaviyo to be a third-party data processor (see section 6.0 below). The email address and name, and some other data, as business details, that you submit will not be stored in our Send That Email database.

Your email address and name will remain within Klaviyo's database for as long as we continue to use Klaviyo' services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you, or you may submit your request by email. When requesting removal via email, please specify the email address that is subscribed to the mailing list.

If you are under 13 years of age, you MUST obtain parental consent before joining our email newsletter.

4.0 HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

As detailed in section 3 above, if you submit a form via this website, the information you submitted will be stored in this website’s database, alongside any relevant cookies. This is currently the only method where personal data will be stored on this website. This data is currently stored in Webflow's Database, and we can only manually identify and update, delete this information; it’s a limitation of the content management system that this website is built on (Webflow).

We will apply your preferences going forward. In some circumstances, withdrawing your consent to Send That Email's use or disclosure of your personal information will mean that Send That Email will not be able to provide products or services to you or to otherwise engage with you.

9.2 Access to Personal Information

You may request access to correct, amend, or delete the personal information that we maintain about you. If we grant your request, we will provide you with a copy of the personal information we maintain about you in the ordinary course of business, in a commonly used format. You may request to correct any errors in your personal information. We may reject your request to access or correct your information, as permitted by applicable law. We will report any unlawful data breach of this website’s database or the database(s) of any of our third-party data processors to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.

Upon request, we will provide you with details regarding whether we hold any of your personal information. If you would like to change information that we maintain about you, you may go to this link and send us a request to change your personal info. Information covered by this Privacy Policy may be deleted upon your request, provided that such deletion may not impact our ability to provide you with the use of our Services.
